Luis Sergio Tamer

Luis_Sergio_Tameragency CEO, Sergio Tamer holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo and has over 20 years’ experience in developing communication strategies for companies. He began his career at DPZ Advertising, where he worked for three years. In 1986, he was hired to work in the press area of the newly created Mercantile & Futures Exchange, where he was one of those responsible for the implementation of the communications plan. During eight years, Sergio Tamer has directly advised the Presidency of the M&FE, having worked with Luís Masagão Ribeiro, Manoel Pires da Costa and Manoel Félix Cintra Neto. Tamer has extensive experience in the economic environment and a networking with all industry media outlets.

Eliana Nigro

Eliana_Nigroover 20 years’ experience in daily print media and radio, having worked as a reporter and sub-editor of economics at the Folha da Tarde and at Jovem Pan AM and Trianon AM radio stations (São Paulo, SP). For nine years she was a reporter and produced, edited and introduced the service delivery Programa Ganho Real (“Real Gain program”), on Trianon Radio, and was the editor and presenter of the É newspaper. She has also worked on the Ask Tamer website as Services area publisher. Eliana Nigro has a degree in Journalism from the Faculty of Social Communications Cásper Líbero.

Theo Carnier

Theo_Carnierjournalist, has an MBA in Finance from the Administration Institute Foundation (2009) and has been working with corporate communications for over 20 years. He was a reporter, publisher, editor, and chief editor in publications such as O Estado de S. Paulo newspaper, Veja magazine, the Stock Exchange magazine and the Diário Comércio Indústria & Serviços newspaper. He was also content coordinator on the Webb Business Online website. He worked as a manager and as Director of Corporate Communications at Dow Chemical Latin America, the Stock Exchange, Mercantile & Futures Exchange, and New Holland Latin America. He has taught courses in Media Training, Internal Communications, and Written Communications for over a thousand executives from companies such as KPMG, the Globo Network, and Philips, among others.

Geyse Alencar


Journalist graduated at the Anhembi Morumbi University, with a postgraduate degree in Communications with the Market from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (“Superior School of Advertising and Marketing”) of São Paulo – ESPM/SP with extension in management and digital marketing strategies.

Her career began as a reporter of the editorship of cities, careers and human resources and soon directed to journalistic investigation for corporate communications.

She has over 15 years’ experience in communication management, press relations, crisis management and public relations in areas such as marketing, management, business, education, technology and consumer goods for clients such as ESPM São Paulo and Rio, MasterCard, Dersa, DER, Proxis, G4, Anhembi Industries, ABEP, TNS Brazil, and Universia Brazil, among others.

Gustavo Girotto

Gustavo_GirottoHolds a degree in Journalism from the University of Araraquara (Uniara), has an extension in Corporate Communications by the Getulio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo (FGV) and a specialization in Public Administration from the São Paulo State University (UNESP). His professional experience began in newspapers in the São Paulo state countryside, where he also worked directly with corporative communication actions in the public sector.
He worked as a reporter and web reporter for the IMPRENSA (“PRESS”) Magazine of São Paulo and developed communication projects in the policy area within State and Federal levels. With over nine years of work in journalism, Girotto worked directly in the culture, politics, business, economics and communication editorials.

Gilberto de Almeida

Gilberto_AlmeidaGraduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, he has 28 years professional experience. He worked in the newsrooms of Estadão and Folha de S. Paulo newspapers and VIP, IstoÉ, and Exame magazines. In the corporate area, he worked at the Pão de Açúcar Group, Roche Laboratory, Diagnostics of America, Brazil’s Energies, Furnas, and CCR. He was an advisor to the São Paulo State Education Bureau. He is a collaborator of the Brasileiros (“Brazilians”) Magazine.

Sonia Tamer

Sonia_TamerGraduated in Fine Arts and Communications at the University of Sorbonne, Sonia has 25 years’ experience in this area. For seven years now, she has been handling Tamer’s Corporate TV, video, Internet and graphic identity. She is responsible for web content, streaming and production of events and courses as well as coordinating the graphic and visual production.

Vera Werson

Vera_Wersonwith a degree in Accounting and Management and over 30 years’ experience in international organizations, she is responsible for Tamer’s Financial and Administrative areas. She has been part of the staff for 15 years now and also exercises the role of Presidency assistant.

Eliane Santos

Eliane_Santoswith a degree in Journalism from the Anhembi Morumbi University, she has been at Tamer Communications for 12 years, starting as an intern. She integrates the core of finance, business and economics. She is responsible for customer service, content production, journalistic material for press and operational processes in collective events and interviews, working with clients such as the National Association of Credit, Finance, and Investment Institutions, the National Union of Closed Supplementary Pension Entities, and Petronas.
